To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShriLand Properties, its founders, employees, associates and affiliates do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, fraud, misrepresentation, dispute, delay, defect, financial loss or any other harm arising directly or indirectly from:

• Any fraudulent, misleading or inaccurate listing posted by a third party;
• Any transaction, payment, booking or agreement entered into between users;
• Any conduct of any builder, owner, tenant, associate, contractor, broker or service provider;
• Any legal, title, structural, environmental or possession issue with a property;
• Any decision a user makes based on information shown on the platform.

Property is a significant financial commitment. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all documents, ownership, title, encumbrances, approvals, dimensions and possession status, ideally with their own qualified lawyer and a personal site visit, before paying any token amount, advance or full consideration. A verified badge on ShriLand reflects checks done at the time of verification and does not imply a perpetual guarantee.

We promise to work transparently, charge a fair and clearly stated 2% commission, act on every fraud report we receive, and remove any listing or associate proven to be acting dishonestly. That is what "Honesty is our Dynasty" means to us.
